①We guarantee to provide life-long after-sales maintenance service and technical support for goods provided by us.

②Free maintenance service and technical support start from the day when installation, commissioning and acceptance of the goods are completed.

③We promise to make a substantive response (to put forward practical and feasible maintenance program) within 2 hours upon receiving users’ repair notice; and arrive at users’ site to carry out maintenance no later than 12 hours until the fault is completely ruled out and the device returns to normal.

④During the warranty period, we will pay a return visit to users regularly to learn about the service conditions of products, help users to solve technical problems in use and maintenance. When the warranty period expires, we also will conduct at least four times of regular return visits to users every year.
